Important terms are disclosed before dispatch. Job-specific authorization and final invoice terms control.
30-day labor warranty
Our workmanship is covered for 30 days from completion. Coverage is limited to correcting labor we performed after inspection. Parts, unrelated failures, misuse, overheating, continued driving after a warning, customer-supplied parts and work altered by others are excluded.
$100 diagnostic fee
The standard diagnostic fee covers technician time and testing. It remains separate from repair labor even if a repair is approved. Intermittent or multiple faults may require additional authorized testing.
Travel & emergency callouts
Mileage is measured from Oakwood, GA 30566 to the service location. Locations beyond the standard 20-mile service radius carry a $50 travel fee. Emergency or after-hours callouts carry a $75 emergency fee. These are additional to labor, diagnostics, parts, tolls and parking.
Customer-supplied parts
Installation is at our discretion. Customer-supplied parts receive no parts or labor warranty. Additional time caused by incorrect, defective, incomplete or poor-fitting parts is chargeable, and labor performed remains due.
Authorization & hidden conditions
Estimates reflect known conditions. Broken hardware, corrosion, previous repairs, incorrect parts or concealed damage can change the scope. We request approval before materially exceeding authorized work whenever reasonably possible.
Appointments, access & payment
The vehicle must be accessible on a safe, level and legal work surface. We may stop unsafe work. Arrival can shift due to traffic, weather, parts or earlier repairs. Payment is due at completion; parts, travel and completed work remain payable after a late cancellation.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Final repair authorization and invoice terms control.
